Black Precision Ceramic Balls G5 G10 Si3N4 Ceramic Balls High Hardness
G5 G10 High Precision Black Silicon Nitride Si3N4 Ceramic Bearing Balls Bead
Silicon nitride ceramic ball is a precision ceramic ball made of silicon nitride powder as raw material and refined at high temperature. It has high strength, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, light weight, density of only 3.2g/cm3, less than half of steel, and can achieve high-speed operation. At the same time, it has good self-lubricity and can be used in an environment without high pollution of lubricating media, so it becomes the first choice for all ceramic bearings and mixed ceramic ball bearings.

Key Characteristics & Benefits
Extreme Durability: They possess twice the hardness and one-third higher elastic modulus than standard bearing steel, delivering a life expectancy up to 10 times longer.
Lightweight: With a low density of 3.20 g/cm³, they significantly reduce centrifugal force and vibration during high-speed rotation.
Thermal & Chemical Resistance: They are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and seawater, maintaining their strength even in extreme heat.
Electrical Insulation: They are completely non-magnetic and do not conduct electricity, which prevents electrical arcing in specialized machinery.
Common Applications
Hybrid Bearings: Used heavily in industrial machinery, electric vehicle (EV) motors, wind turbines, and high-end bicycles.
Valves and Pumps: Deployed in environments requiring handling of corrosive chemicals or abrasive fluids.
Flow Meters: Used in instruments where magnetic interference from steel balls would disrupt readings.
