High Temperature Alumina Ceramic Tube Electrical Insulation Alumina Ceramics Tube High Hardness
High Temperature Refactory Furance Alumina Oxide Ceramic Al2O3 Tube Rod
Alumina ceramic is an advanced technical material primarily composed of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃). Its exact composition varies by purity grade—ranging from 85% to 99.9% Al₂O₃—with the remainder consisting of minor sintering aids and trace glassy grain-boundary phases like silicon or magnesia.
The alumina parts exhibit remarkable resistance to high temperatures, ensuring optimal performance even in the most demanding environments.
Alumina ceramic shaped parts are industrial ceramic components made primarily from aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and formed into custom, complex, or irregular geometries. Unlike standard ceramic plates or rods, these parts are engineered to match specific applications, tolerances, and performance requirements.
Made of high‑purity aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃), alumina ceramic tube is a widely‑used advanced industrial ceramic component. It features excellent high‑temperature resistance for continuous operation up to 1650°C, superior electrical insulation, high hardness and outstanding chemical corrosion resistance against most acids and alkalis. With low porosity and good thermal‑shock stability, it maintains structural integrity under frequent temperature cycling.
Custom dimensions including outer diameter, inner diameter and length are available. Widely applied for thermocouple protection sleeves, furnace liners, high‑voltage insulators, and wear‑resistant parts in electronics, metallurgy and chemical industries.
