Thermal Shock Resistance Silicon Nitride Ceramics Precision Machined Silicon Nitride Rods Custom
Thermal Shock Resistance Machining Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Tube Rods
Silicon Nitride Ceramic Parts:
Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) is one of the highest performing technical ceramics. Its properties include a low density, excellent flexural strength, and resistance to thermal shock, including high maximum operating temperatures and fracture toughness. These strengths make it ideal for use as pump components, engine parts, petrochemical industry components, and aerospace components.
Si3N4 Ceramic Parts are a man made compound synthesized through several different chemical reaction methods. they are pressed and sintered by well developed methods to produce a ceramic with a unique set of outstanding properties. The material is dark gray to black in color and can be polished to a very smooth reflective surface, giving parts with a striking appearance.
Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄) rod is a premium advanced structural ceramic manufactured by isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering. It features high strength, outstanding fracture toughness, superior wear resistance and self-lubricating property. It maintains stable mechanical performance up to 1200℃, with excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion and great corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis and molten non-ferrous metals.
We provide custom machining services: tight dimensional tolerance, surface grinding, chamfering, threading, holes and special profiles. Available for prototype and mass production.
