Sintered Silicon Nitride Ceramics Wear Resistant Si3N4 Ceramics Polished
Thermal Shock Resistance Sintering Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Tube
Silicon Nitride Ceramic Parts:
Silicon Nitride is an extremely hard and corrosion-resistant ceramic material that is 60% lighter than steel. This material, Sintered Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), is designed to offer a combination of excellent properties, including thermal and impact resistance, electrical insulation, and wear resistance. Silicon Nitride offers a wide degree of design flexibility, making it an excellent alternative to stainless steel, superalloys, tungsten carbides, and first-generation ceramics such as Al₂0₃ and ZrO₂. These performance benefits make Silicon Nitride an adaptable solution for applications in power generation, commercial vehicles, Electric Vehicles (EV), aerospace, chemical processing, oil & gas, and general industry.
Si3N4 Ceramic Parts are a man made compound synthesized through several different chemical reaction methods. they are pressed and sintered by well developed methods to produce a ceramic with a unique set of outstanding properties. The material is dark gray to black in color and can be polished to a very smooth reflective surface, giving parts with a striking appearance.
