Custom High Precision Alumina Structural Components Al2O3 Ceramic Structural Parts
Alumina ceramic part is produced by firing a tightly packed powder form of Al2O3 which includes some binder material. Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. It is possible to machine alumina using diamond grinding techniques. Polishing is also possible, with the degree attainable affected by alumina grain size and production technique, like pressed or extruded.
Our custom alumina structural components are fabricated from high‑purity aluminium oxide ceramic. Benefiting from high mechanical strength, outstanding hardness, excellent wear‑resistance and superior electrical insulation, these ceramic parts maintain stable performance under high‑temperature, high‑voltage and corrosive working environments.
Through precision CNC machining after high‑temperature sintering, alumina structural components achieve tight dimensional tolerances, smooth ivory‑white surface finish and good thermal stability. We can produce various complex geometries including discs, rings, washers, special‑shaped brackets, grooved and stepped parts according to customers’ drawings or samples.
These alumina structural parts are widely adopted in electronic equipment, high‑temperature furnaces, semiconductor industry, sensor modules, mechanical assembly and new‑energy devices.
