High Precision Alumina Ceramic Nozzle Wear Resistant Al2O3 Nozzle for Welding Sandblasting Fluid Control

Alumina ceramic part is produced by firing a tightly packed powder form of Al2O3 which includes some binder material. Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. It is possible to machine alumina using diamond grinding techniques. Polishing is also possible, with the degree attainable affected by alumina grain size and production technique, like pressed or extruded.

Alumina Oxide (Al2O3) Properties:

Strong wear resistance, durable and not easy to wear.

◆ Excellent Thermal Conductivity 
The thermal conductivity at room temperature is 30~40W/(m·K), which is higher than that of steel, copper and aluminum.

◆ Good Chemical Stability
Resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion.

◆ High Temperature Stability
Withstands 1600℃ high temperature and has high temperature stability.
