Electrical Insulation Alumina Ceramic Parts Custom Alumina Thermocouple Protection Tubes High Compressive Strength
Custom 99 Alumina Ceramic Tube High Temperature Insulating Al2O3 Ceramic Pipe for Thermocouple Protection Sleeve
Alumina ceramic part is produced by firing a tightly packed powder form of Al2O3 which includes some binder material. Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. Alumina Ceramics are the most highly regarded and widely used of the ceramic products. It is non-conductive, resistant to corrosion, and are perfect for electrical insulation. Alumina Ceramic has proven to be the best ceramic for protection of vital electrical components. It can be processed as tubing, sheets, bars, rods, discs, and many other forms depending on the requirements of the project.
Alumina Ceramic Tube
Alumina ceramic tube is manufactured from high‑purity alumina (Al₂O₃) raw material through isostatic pressing and high‑temperature sintering. It features excellent electrical insulation, outstanding high‑temperature resistance, great mechanical strength and superior chemical corrosion resistance.
This ceramic tube maintains stable performance under continuous high‑temperature operating conditions. It resists erosion from most acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and delivers low thermal expansion coefficient together with good thermal shock resistance.
Customizable outer diameter, inner diameter and overall length are available. Precision‑machined end faces and smooth inner & outer surfaces ensure reliable assembly fit. Widely applied in electric heating elements, temperature‑measuring thermocouple protection sleeves, high‑voltage insulation parts, laboratory furnaces and industrial equipment.
Alumina Oxide (Al2O3) Properties:
◆ High Hardness
Strong wear resistance, durable and not easy to wear.
◆ Excellent Thermal Conductivity
The thermal conductivity at room temperature is 30~40W/(m·K), which is higher than that of steel, copper and aluminum.
◆ Good Chemical Stability
Resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion.
◆ High Temperature Stability
Withstands 1600℃ high temperature and has high temperature stability.
