Wear Resistant Silicon Nitride Ceramics Industrial Ceramic Components Sintered
Industrial High Performance Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Parts Components
Silicon nitride wedge ceramic component is a custom‑made advanced structural ceramic part. The blank is formed by cold isostatic pressing, then processed by precision CNC grinding to obtain wedge tip, long through‑grooves, positioning slots and step fitting surfaces.
Compared with alumina ceramics, Si₃N₄ material delivers higher toughness and impact resistance, resisting chipping and cracking under mechanical vibration and thermal cycling. It maintains stable performance under long‑time high‑temperature conditions, and shows excellent resistance against rapid heating‑cooling thermal shock.
With good self‑lubricating property, low friction coefficient and superior wear resistance, these parts can greatly extend service life under frequent friction contact. Its strong chemical inertness provides reliable protection against acid‑base erosion and molten metal attack, without contaminating processed materials. Low thermal expansion coefficient ensures high dimensional stability during temperature fluctuation. In addition, it retains good electrical insulation performance at high working temperature.
Si3N4 Ceramic Parts are a man made compound synthesized through several different chemical reaction methods. they are pressed and sintered by well developed methods to produce a ceramic with a unique set of outstanding properties. The material is dark gray to black in color and can be polished to a very smooth reflective surface, giving parts with a striking appearance.
