Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. Alumina Ceramic Insulating Column
Alumina ceramic insulating column is a critical advanced ceramic insulator for high-voltage and high-temperature working environments. Manufactured by isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering, then processed by precision turning and grinding, it delivers stable insulation performance under severe operating conditions.This ceramic insulator combines mechanical support and electrical isolation. It can be made with through holes, stepped bores and flange mounting holes as your requirements. Low dielectric loss and excellent vacuum compatibility prevent leakage and electric breakdown.
