Product Overview

This 800kW (1000kVA) Weichai industrial diesel generator supports silent canopy and open frame two types, customized for 60Hz overseas markets. Equipped with original Weichai high-power water-cooled engine, full copper brushless alternator, standard 24V DC electric start and optional ATS automatic transfer switch & remote monitoring system. It serves as stable continuous prime power and emergency backup power for factories, mines, commercial complexes, data centers and engineering projects, fully compliant with ISO 8528 international standards.

Main Features

1.  Original Weichai Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine

Inline 12-cylinder, 4-stroke water-cooled, twin turbocharged intercooled, electronic common rail fuel injection. Large power reserve, strong anti-overload capacity, low fuel consumption, stable operation under long-hour heavy-load working conditions.

2. 60Hz Standard Full Copper Brushless Alternator

Class H insulation, IP23 protection grade, ultra-low voltage distortion rate, stable 60Hz power output. Compatible with industrial motors, precision instruments and mixed electrical loads widely used in American, Southeast Asian and other 60Hz regions.

3.  Two Optional Structures

• Open Frame Type: Welded heavy channel steel base with integrated daily fuel tank, thick rubber shock absorbers. Exposed layout brings excellent heat dissipation and super convenient daily inspection & maintenance, cost-effective for indoor fixed machine rooms.
• Silent Canopy Type: All-weather sealed rainproof & dustproof steel cabinet, multi-layer high-density sound-absorbing cotton plus large multi-stage industrial silencer, running noise ≤75dB(A)@1m. Direct outdoor placement without extra workshop construction, meeting urban environmental noise standards.

4.  Remote Auto ATS Automatic Transfer System (Optional)

Full automatic ATS cabinet realizes unattended intelligent switching: auto-start the genset within seconds once mains power fails; auto switch back to grid power and shut down the unit when mains recovers. Matched with remote cloud monitoring module, users can real-time check running data, receive fault alarms and remotely start/stop the unit via mobile phone or computer.

5. Intelligent Parallel Controller & Full Safety Protection

Deepsea high-end digital controller displays voltage, current, frequency, coolant temperature, lube oil pressure, rotation speed, running hours and other data in real time. Complete protection functions: overspeed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, low fuel level, with sound-light alarm and automatic emergency shutdown.

6. Standard 24V DC Electric Start

Heavy-duty storage battery ensures fast, reliable one-button startup, suitable for sudden power outage emergency response.

7. Expandable Accessories

Mobile trailer chassis, external large fuel tank interface, multi-unit parallel cabinet, fire suppression system.
