This generator set adopts original Yuchai gas engine technology matched with full-copper brushless alternator. Available in super silent canopy or open frame configurations, it supports dual voltage output (110V/220V single-phase & 400V three-phase), 50Hz standard frequency, water-cooled system, and optional ATS automatic transfer switch. Operating on natural gas, biogas, or LNG, it offers low operational costs and eco-friendly emissions, making it ideal for factories, commercial complexes, residential districts, hospitals, data centers, and noise-restricted urban projects. Complies with ISO 8528 and international gas power standards.
4-stroke water-cooled lean-burn gas engine with turbocharged intercooled system, electronic ignition, and closed-loop air-fuel ratio control. Stable combustion with natural gas, biogas, or landfill gas. Features low NOx emissions, minimal vibration, and lower operational costs compared to diesel generators. 24V DC electric start ensures fast emergency startup.
- Open Frame Type: Heavy channel steel welded base with built-in buffer tank and thick rubber shock absorbers. Excellent heat dissipation with easy access for filter, spark plug, and pipeline maintenance. Cost-effective for indoor dedicated generator rooms.
- Super Silent Canopy Type: Fully sealed rainproof and dustproof steel cabinet with multi-layer high-density sound-absorbing cotton and large composite silencer. Noise level ≤72dB(A) at 7 meters. Independent air intake/exhaust heat dissipation duct allows all-weather outdoor placement without extra machine room, meeting urban noise control standards.
Supports 3-phase 400/230V + single-phase 110V/220V dual output, perfectly matching American, Southeast Asian, and domestic mixed single/three-phase electrical loads. 50Hz fixed frequency with 60Hz available on request. Full copper brushless alternator with Class H insulation and IP23 protection provides minimal voltage distortion and clean, stable power for precision equipment.
Fully automatic unattended switching system ignites and runs within 8 seconds of mains power failure. Automatically switches load back to grid and shuts down when utility power recovers. Compatible with remote cloud monitoring module to check running data and receive gas leakage and fault alarms remotely via mobile phone or computer.
Deepsea dedicated gas generator controller displays real-time voltage, current, frequency, coolant temperature, oil pressure, rotation speed, and running hours. Comprehensive protection functions include gas low pressure, gas leakage, overspeed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, and short circuit protection with sound-light alarm and automatic emergency shutdown to prevent explosion or unit damage.
Integrated heavy-duty base frame with vibration isolation pads, reserved gas pipeline interface, and condensate drainage system. Optional external gas storage tank connecting pipeline, remote monitoring system, and parallel cabinet for multi-unit combined power supply.
