The Multi-Power 400kW (500kVA) industrial diesel generator set is engineered for both prime continuous power and emergency standby power applications. Powered by heavy-duty water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine and high-performance all-copper brushless alternator, this genset strictly complies with ISO 8528 international standards. It delivers stable, consistent power for industrial production facilities, commercial complexes, data centers, telecom stations and remote sites, capable of serving as main prime power source or critical backup power against grid outages. - Industrial-Grade All-Copper Brushless Synchronous Alternator: Class H insulation, IP23 protection grade, low voltage waveform distortion, fitted with built-in AVR automatic voltage regulator. Standard 400/230V 3-phase 4-wire 50Hz output; 60Hz version is fully customizable.
- Multiple Optional Structural Versions: Open-frame for cost-effective indoor installation; silent canopy with noise ≤75dB(A) @7m; container-type for weather-proof deployment; mobile trailer for flexible site-to-site relocation.
- Intelligent Control & Complete Multi-Level Safety Protection: Digital genset controller monitors voltage, current, frequency, coolant temperature, lube oil pressure, rotation speed and running hours. Full protection functions with audible-visual alarm and automatic emergency shutdown.
