500kW Open Type Diesel Generator Set for Standby Application Backup Power

This 500kW (625kVA) open-frame diesel generator set is specially engineered for industrial standby power applications. Equipped with heavy-duty water-cooled turbocharged intercooled diesel engine and high-efficiency 100% copper brushless three-phase alternator, the unit complies with ISO 8528 and CE standards. It provides reliable emergency backup power when mains power fails, protecting critical loads for factories, data centers, hospitals, mining sites and power stations. Silent canopy, container housing, mobile trailer chassis and ATS automatic transfer switch are available as optional upgrades.

• Heavy-Duty Water-Cooled Industrial Diesel Engine: Four-stroke turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with sufficient power reserve and stable load-bearing performance for standby duty. 24V DC electric start ensures rapid and dependable startup upon grid power loss. Good resistance to high-temperature, dusty and humid industrial environments. Built-in base fuel tank supports long-hour continuous running; reserved connection port for external large-capacity fuel tank for extended blackout scenarios.
• 3-Phase Full-Copper Brushless Alternator: Class H insulation grade, IP23 protection grade, built-in AVR automatic voltage regulator with low voltage waveform distortion. Standard 400/230V 3-phase 4-wire 50Hz output; 60Hz 480/277V is customizable. Delivers clean and stable power to safeguard industrial equipment, server systems and precision instruments from voltage surges and fluctuations.
• Open-Frame Skid-Mounted Structure: Robust open-skid design delivers outstanding heat dissipation performance for high-power operation. • Intelligent Control & Comprehensive Safety Protection: Digital genset controller real-time monitors voltage, current, frequency, coolant temperature, lube oil pressure, engine speed and accumulated running hours. Full protection functions: overspeed, high coolant temperature, low lube oil pressure, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short-circuit, with audible-visual alarm and automatic emergency shutdown. Optional ATS automatic transfer switch realizes unattended auto-start and automatic load switching. Multi-unit parallel cabinet and remote cloud monitoring are optional for power-station projects.
