This 1600kW (2000kVA) heavy-duty industrial diesel generator set is designed for large-scale mission-critical standby power plant applications. Matched with high-efficiency 100% copper brushless three-phase alternator, the water-cooled genset complies with ISO 8528 and CE standards. Heavy-Duty Water-Cooled Industrial Diesel Engine
High-power turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with massive power reserve and excellent load-pickup capability, optimized for heavy-duty intermittent standby operation. Rated 1500rpm for 50Hz, 1800rpm for 60Hz. 24V DC electric starting system ensures fast and dependable startup under blackout conditions. Strong adaptability for high-temperature, dusty and humid harsh operating environments.
High-Performance 3-Phase Brushless Alternator
Class H insulation, IP23 protection grade, built-in AVR automatic voltage regulator, low voltage waveform distortion. Standard 400/230V 3-phase 4-wire output for 50Hz; 480/277V is customizable for 60Hz. Outstanding motor-starting performance, supplying clean stable power to protect large industrial drives, server clusters and precision control systems.

Complete unit is fully pre-assembled before delivery for convenient hoisting and transportation. Every unit undergoes full-load aging test to verify matching performance of engine and alternator, ensuring stable standby output under variable heavy-load conditions.
