This 100kW (125kVA) open-frame standby diesel generator set is purpose-built to deliver reliable emergency backup power for mining machinery and mine-site auxiliary facilities. Equipped with heavy-duty water-cooled turbocharged intercooled diesel engine and high-efficiency 100% copper brushless alternator, the unit supports 230V rated voltage. Compliant with ISO 8528 and CE standards, it provides stable power for mining drive equipment, processing workshops, site lighting and control cabinets. ATS automatic transfer switch is offered as optional configuration. Soundproof canopy, mobile trailer chassis and remote monitoring system are available for different site conditions.

Built-in base fuel tank supports long-hour continuous running; reserved port for external large-capacity fuel tank connection for extended blackout scenarios.

Rated 230V output configurable for single-phase or multi-phase. Superior motor-starting capability to handle inductive mining machinery loads. Easy access for daily inspection, overhaul and component replacement in tough field conditions. Heavy-gauge channel-steel welded base fitted with high-density rubber vibration isolators to absorb external vibration from mining operations. Pre-drilled mounting holes for secure fixed installation inside mine workshop or generator room. Silent canopy and mobile trailer can be selected as alternatives.
• Intelligent Control & Comprehensive Safety Protection: Digital genset controller real-time monitors voltage, current, frequency, coolant temperature, lube oil pressure, engine speed and accumulated running hours. Complete protection functions: overspeed, high coolant temperature, low lube oil pressure, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short-circuit, with audible-visual alarm and automatic emergency shutdown. Optional ATS automatic transfer switch enables unattended auto-start and automatic load switching between utility power and generator. Remote cloud monitoring is optional for remote status check and fault notification.
