The oil- and gas-fired steam boiler utilizes seamless steel tubes and compliant carbon steel components that meet the GB/T 3087 and GB/T 713 standards. Following shot blasting for rust removal and precision cutting via CNC machinery, the boiler shell and furnace chamber are fabricated through plate rolling and automated submerged arc welding (subject to 100% non-destructive testing). The tube bundle is assembled using a combined expansion and welding process, followed by a hydrostatic test. The integrated combustion system and control module are then incorporated to complete the final assembly. After undergoing hydrostatic and airtightness tests, as well as cold and hot operational trials, the boiler body is fully manufactured and assembled within China; it is released from the factory only after all performance parameters have met the required standards.
