Can you provide free samples?
The sample is not free, but we will refund the sample fee from the next batch order.
How much is the courier fee for samples?
The express freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton size and your area. We can quote the freight for your reference.
How many days for proofing? How many days does it take to get the goods?
Proofing is generally within 7 days, depending on the complexity of the product design. Bulk goods are generally about 10-15 days, depending on the quantity. For urgent orders, we can expedite production with additional costs.
How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Before official mold opening, customers can propose amendments. If technically achievable, we can modify the mold plan. During mold opening, if modifications are requested after drawing confirmation, the cost of mold rework will be borne by the customer.
