Product Overview
A high-capacity continuous-operation model suitable for large solid waste treatment plants and comprehensive recycling centers. This baler can be paired with conveying equipment for automatic feeding, with semi-automatic or fully automatic configurations available.
It features high compaction efficiency and produces large-sized compacted blocks, making it ideal for processing large volumes of mixed waste. A simple cement foundation is required. The weight of the compacted block ranges from 250 kg to 1,000 kg.

Troubleshooting Guide
Ineffective Pressing or Material Bulging
- Check hydraulic oil level and oil quality
- Increase pressure of the overflow valve
- Investigate internal leakage in oil pump or cylinder sealing rings
- Reduce single feeding quantity for bulging materials
Hydraulic Cylinder Not Operating
- Check power supply and emergency stop reset
- Inspect solenoid valve coil and valve core for foreign debris
- Repair travel limit switch
Oil Leakage
- Tighten joints
- Replace aged sealing rings and high-pressure oil lines
- Repair or replace piston rod scratches
