Designed for high-capacity continuous production, this system features automatic feeding conveyors, an automatic bundling system, PLC-based touch-screen control, one-touch operation, and minimal manual intervention. It is ideal for large paper mills, paper roll processing plants, and large-scale renewable resource processing facilities. The maximum load capacity ranges from 500 to 1,200 kg, enabling long-duration uninterrupted operation; a concrete foundation is required for installation.
Application Scenario: Paper Mill – For the compression and bundling of production surplus paper rolls, defective paper rolls, and paper roll scraps, facilitating internal transfer or external sales.
Woven paper and paper product processing plant: packages waste paper rolls and scrapped mother rolls for recycling after cutting. Waste paper recycling center: recycles various types of waste paper rolls, paper cylinders, and rolled waste paper for centralized processing, facilitating their export via containers.
