Product Description Our custom flange precision mounting housing is a multi-feature complex CNC machined shell component made of premium 6061 aluminum alloy. It consists of a large bottom flange plate, multi-step concentric inner bores, multiple positioning studs and side mounting slots, designed for loading, positioning and assembly of core mechanical modules. This housing is widely used for high-precision positioning and bearing tasks in robotic, optical and semiconductor inspection equipment.
We adopt 5-axis CNC turn-mill composite machining for full production. Starting from aluminum bar or aluminum block raw material, we carry out rough machining first, then precision turning to form multi-layer stepped inner holes. 5-axis milling is used to fabricate flange profiles, positioning studs, side slots and threaded holes. After full deburring, mirror surface polishing is applied to eliminate all tool marks.
This product has strict manufacturing challenges. The position tolerance and coaxiality of multiple studs, roundness of stepped inner bores and flatness of the flange face are tightly controlled. We adopt optimized fixture and toolpath strategy to avoid thin-wall deformation during cutting, ensuring stable high precision up to ±0.01mm. Mirror polishing is standard finish, and hard anodizing can be customized for improved wear and corrosion resistance.
