Large portions place more stress on film, which is why this 295g and 340g tube pouch is built around puncture resistance. The transparent PE structure is designed for egg tofu packs that travel long distances after retort cooking.
Food grade PE delivers the flexibility and sealing strength that keep heavy portions secure, while the tougher gauge resists punctures from sharp tofu edges, stacking pressure and rough handling. Film handles 100°C hot filling; lamination extends resistance to 200°C.
The transparent body gives retailers and consumers full visibility of product condition, and the cylindrical tube keeps its shape under stack load. Tube diameter, length and thickness can be adjusted for your filling and carton dimensions.
Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors supports export brand programs. Materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 standards.
