Retort sterilization demands film that stands up to pressure and heat. This clear tube pouch is built from food grade PE for 190g and 245g Japanese tofu packs that need long ambient shelf life after sterilization.
Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength required for retort processing. Single layer film is rated for 100°C hot filling, and lamination extends resistance to 200°C for full sterilization cycles.
The transparent tube keeps the tofu visible while the cylindrical shape survives stacking in retort baskets and cartons. Custom tube diameter, length and thickness match your retort profile.
Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors completes shelf ready branding. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 standards.
