Delivery boxes are rough on food, so the pouch has to take the ride. This takeout serving tube pouch is made from food grade PE for 115g-185g tofu portions that travel in delivery bags and arrive presentable.
Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that keep soft tofu blocks whole through stacking, bumping and temperature swings in transit.
Single layer film is rated for 100°C hot filling, while lamination resists up to 200°C for retort processed delivery products that need ambient stability.
The transparent special shaped composite body lets the customer see the product, and the premade tube format suits central kitchens and delivery brands. Dimensions are customizable to your meal box.
Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors carries brand, reheating notes and allergen marks. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for tofu tube packaging worldwide.
