Chain kitchens standardize everything, including the pouch. This boilable tube bag is made from food grade PE for 165g-240g tofu portions used across chain restaurant kitchens with one consistent format.

Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed when the same pouch is boiled, drained and plated dozens of times per service.

The film is rated for 100°C boiling and hot filling, with a laminated version that resists up to 200°C for central kitchen retort programs.

A heavy gauge clear body survives rough kitchen handling while showing product condition, and the premade special shaped composite tube keeps portioning uniform across outlets. Dimensions are customizable to chain recipes.

Custom flexo printing up to 10 colors prints chain logos and prep codes. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for tofu tube packaging programs.
