Longer shelf life starts with a stronger barrier story. This laminated tube pouch is formed from food grade PE for 200g-310g tofu portions that keep their quality through retort sterilization and extended ambient storage.

Food grade PE supplies the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed for high temperature processing, while lamination adds protection against moisture and oxygen over time.

The single layer base film is rated for 100°C hot filling; once laminated it withstands up to 200°C sterilization cycles for shelf stable distribution.

Double heat seals guard the larger fill against leaks, and the transparent special shaped composite body keeps the product visible at retail. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your shelf life target.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors completes export ready branding. Every material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for tofu tube packaging worldwide.
