Flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength protect the soft block during filling and transport, while the double heat seal keeps the pouch leak free through boiling.

Rated for 100°C hot filling, the film also accepts lamination up to 200°C for retort cooking, so one tube design serves both fresh and shelf stable programs.

The special shaped composite tube keeps its round form during boiling, and the premade pouch format suits manual or semi-automatic filling lines. Dimensions can be customized to your pot and portion size.

Custom flexo printing up to 10 colors marks brand, cooking instructions and ingredient information on the transparent surface for diners.
