Product Description:
Shelf impact starts with clarity. This high clarity transparent PE tube pouch is built from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 110g and 160g for egg tofu, silken tofu and soft tofu that must look fresh on display.
The egg tofu tube combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, protecting gel tofu through hot filling and retort cooking. Film rated for 100°C hot filling climbs to 200°C once laminated, so the tofu tube pouch stays clear after sterilization.
A 50mm tube diameter and 170mm pouch length give strong shelf presence, while the transparent body shows product quality. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable.
Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors adds logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date marks. Low trial minimums suit initial orders.
All tube pouch material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Share your target net weight and we will match the tooling to your line.
