Airline meal service demands compact, leak free packs that survive rapid chilling and reheating. This airline catering soft tofu tube pouch is made from food grade PE and sized at 60g and 110g for in flight soft tofu and silken tofu.

The soft tofu tube pouch seals securely so delicate tofu travels without leakage or shifting through tray assembly, trolley loading and cabin reheat.

Food grade PE supplies the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed for small delicate portions, while the light film keeps tray weight down.

Rated for 100°C hot filling and up to 200°C once laminated, the soft tofu tube meets galley pasteurization and retort requirements in a single format.

A slim 38mm tube diameter and 120mm pouch length fit standard meal trays and reduce storage space. Diameter, length and thickness can all be customized.

Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors adds airline branding, nutrition panels and date codes, and all material is certified to FDA and EU 10/2011.
