Product Description
Foam Sculpture is a new composite material sculpture made of high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) or polyurethane (PU) foam as the core base material. After cutting, carving, grinding and surface hardening, it becomes a lightweight three-dimensional art piece, which belongs to a new type of composite material sculpture.
The ultra-light foam core makes the sculpture easy to transport and install, while the material plasticity supports complex curved surfaces, hollow patterns and fine details. The production cost is only about 50%-70% of FRP sculpture and the production cycle is short.
