This GaN 50W Power Amplifier Module is an information security module specially designed to block the transmission of UAV image transmission/remote control signals. This module has an average output power of 47dBm (50W), and boasts advantages such as sufficient power, good in-band flatness, and small upper and lower sideband offset. Moreover, the module circuit board fully adopts the manufacturing process of 4-layer high-frequency hybrid pressure plate and the electroplating process of full-board gold immersion. The product is equipped with a running indicator LED light, and its high-efficiency frequency-sweeping interference.
