1. Introduction

GS-SW320223050-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera, designed for 1.2–2.2μm long short-wave infrared detection with easy operation. Equipped with a 320×256 InGaAs FPA featuring 30μm pixel size, it reaches up to 50Hz full-resolution frame rate. Standard configuration is GigE digital signal output; PAL/NTSC analog video interface can be customized on demand for special system requirements. Exclusive display & control software is matched for quick deployment, complete SDK packages are supplied to support customers’ secondary development work. Adopting TEC cooling chip, the built-in temperature controller supports automatic and manual cooling adjustment to adapt to various field temperatures. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to raise frame rate as required, and is fitted with replaceable C/CS lens mount for seamless matching with customized optical equipment and spectrometers. Developed and manufactured by Gatherstar Optoelectronic with 15 years of optoelectronic R&D experience, all cameras pass strict ISO & CE quality inspection. We provide customized hardware and functional modification services for OEM projects based on special application demands.
