1. Introduction

GS-SW6402215-40-G is a high-performance deep-cooled InGaAs SWIR camera customized for ultra-long wave infrared detection, covering unique 1.2–2.2μm spectral range. Equipped with 640*512 FPA and 15μm pixel, the detector maintains quantum efficiency over 65% between 1.4μm–2.0μm long-wave segment. Adopting two-stage TEC deep cooling design, the focal plane can be stably cooled to -40℃, greatly reducing thermal dark noise and improving SNR for long-time integration imaging. GigE 8/14bit digital transmission is standard; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized as extra option. It supports arbitrary ROI window to boost frame rate, global shutter with 1μs minimum exposure, TTL/LVDS dual external trigger, and integratable onboard laser centroid tracking algorithm. C interchangeable lens mount matches various spectrometers and optical testing platforms. Exclusive imaging software and full cross-platform SDK are provided for secondary development, ideal for long-wave spectral research, high-temperature detection and remote sensing.
