Product Description
1. Introduction

GS-SW640171550-C-G is high-performance TEC cooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 640×512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting max 50Hz full-frame frame rate. Standard GigE RJ45 digital transmission is equipped; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized synchronously. The camera is fitted with adjustable TEC cooling module to reduce dark current interference during long continuous capturing. Arbitrary-position ROI function is supported to lift frame rate for fast-moving small targets, and onboard centroid tracking can be integrated upon project demand. Interchangeable C/CS lens mount enables seamless matching with spectrometers and custom optoelectronic equipment. Exclusive display control software and complete cross-platform SDK with demo codes are supplied for secondary development. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection, OEM housing and function customization service is supported.
