1. Introduction
GS-SW1280171550CS-C-CL is a TEC cooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 1280×1024 InGaAs focal plane array with 15μm pixel size and 19.20×15.36mm large active area, delivering stable 50Hz full-frame output. It utilizes a Camera Link interface and comes with dedicated display and control software, ensuring ease of use for the user. Equipped with adjustable TEC cooling chip, the camera effectively reduces thermal dark noise during long-hour capturing. It supports arbitrary ROI window to improve frame rate for small targets. Integrated auto/manual gain, contrast adjustment, non-uniformity and bad pixel correction functions, compatible with 3-24V single-ended external trigger. Standard C lens mount matches various spectrometers and miniature optical equipment.
