Introduction
GS-LDA512P25-C series is an uncooled near-infrared InGaAs linear array detector. It adopts planar InGaAs PIN photodiode chip, with 512*1 single row pixels and 25 μm pixel pitch, covering 0.9-1.7 μm short-wave infrared spectrum. Three pixel-height variants are available: 25*25 μm (S-type), 25*250 μm (M-type), 25*500 μm (L-type). Equipped with 28-pin CDIP ceramic encapsulation and built-in temperature sensor, it supports single-channel high-speed signal output for spectrometers and industrial line scan inspection equipment integration.
