1. Product Overview
GS-FPA-320*256-C is an uncooled InGaAs short-wave infrared area array detector with 320*256 pixels and 30μm pixel pitch, covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 44-pin CLCC packaging without built-in cooling chip, featuring low dark current, high responsivity and wide dynamic range, easy integration into compact, low-power industrial monitoring and inspection equipment.
