Introduction
GS-FPA0640P15F-17-C is an uncooled InGaAs area-array focal-plane detector covering 0.9-1.7 μm short-wave infrared band. It adopts 640*512 resolution with 15 μm pixel pitch and 9.6 mm *7.68 mm target surface. Without TEC cooling assembly, this sensor features ultra-light 1.7 g weight in compact 64-pin CLCC package.
It achieves quantum efficiency ≥70% and effective pixel rate＞99.5%. Response non-uniformity ≤5% and nonlinearity max deviation ≤2%. Dual-gain provides adjustable full-well-capacity for different signal-intensity. Power consumption 200 mW, stable working at -40℃~+70℃, suitable for compact embedded infrared imaging equipment.
