Product description
This custom cylindrical sleeve is machined from solid stainless steel tube or bar stock. CNC turning achieves high roundness and straightness for both inner bore and outer cylinder wall. The side small locating hole is drilled and finished in secondary operation. The inner wall surface is finely polished to reduce wear and friction when mating with moving shafts.
At Chenrong Precision, raw material certification is checked before production. Our lathe operators control cutting parameters carefully to avoid dimensional deviation and surface chatter marks. After turning and drilling, parts go through deburring and ultrasonic cleaning. Each piece is measured for inner/outer diameter, roundness and surface roughness before packing. Stainless steel brings excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for humid and lightly corrosive working environments.
