Product description
This custom rotary base is milled from solid 6061 aluminum block in one setup on 5-axis CNC machine. Complex integrated geometry including circular recess cavity, hexagonal interface and array of precision holes eliminates assembly seams, improving overall structural rigidity and positioning repeatability. The surface adopts black hard anodizing treatment, delivering high surface hardness, wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance, suitable for long-cycle continuous rotation working environment.
