This aluminum equipment housing is one-piece CNC milled from solid aluminum block. Complex outer curved profile and multi-step internal cavity are completed in single clamping to ensure high positional accuracy of mounting holes and window openings.
Chenrong Precision owns complete 5-axis CNC workshop, capable of handling complex 3D contour of aluminum enclosures. We control material stress release during machining to avoid deformation after processing. Various surface treatments are available to meet anti-corrosion, anti-scratch and aesthetic requirements for industrial equipment.
