Custom CNC Machined Aluminum Equipment Base Plate / Housing Frame
- One-piece CNC milling from a solid aluminum block — no welding or splicing — delivering high structural rigidity and stability.
- Complex deep pocketing, raised boss studs, threaded holes, and multi-position cutout windows machined in a single setup.
- Excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum, ideal for heat dissipation in electronic and test equipment.
- Tight dimensional and flatness tolerances ensure a perfect fit with internal modules and panel assemblies.
- Deburred and clean machined surface; optional surface treatments include anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasting, and chemical film.
- Flexible customization: overall dimensions, cavity patterns, hole positions, and window shapes all support drawing-based customization.
- Consistent batch quality, suitable for prototype validation, small-batch trial production, and mass manufacturing.

A1: 6061 aluminum is most common for general instrument frames — it offers good machinability and is cost-effective. If higher rigidity and strength are required, 7075 aluminum alloy is recommended.
A2: Yes, we support clear or black anodizing, as well as hard anodizing for wear resistance. Sandblasting combined with anodizing can also be done to improve appearance and anti-corrosion performance.
A3: We can control flatness according to your drawing requirements. For large aluminum base plates, we use a stress relief process to reduce deformation after machining.
A4: Prototype samples: 7–12 working days. Mass production lead time depends on quantity and surface treatment requirements.
