This PVC Pipe Making Machine belongs to PVC Pipe Extrusion Line series. It is universal plastic extrusion equipment for manufacturing UPVC water supply pipes, drainage pipes and electrical conduit pipes. The whole line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and pipe stacking rack. It adopts PVC powder compound as raw material. The finished PVC pipe has high rigidity, good anti-aging, waterproof and insulation performance. Different pipe diameters can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control realizes stable continuous production, widely used in building water supply, sewage discharge and electrical wiring protection projects.
