This Polyamide Thermal Breaks Extrusion Line belongs to Profile Extrusion Line series. It is dedicated extrusion equipment for producing PA66 GF25 polyamide thermal break strips for aluminum thermal break windows and doors. The whole line consists of single-screw extruder, material dryer, thermal break strip mould, cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and collecting rack. Using PA66 GF25 glass fiber reinforced polyamide granules as raw material. Finished polyamide thermal break strip features high mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, stable dimension and excellent aging resistance. Different cross-section thermal break strips can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used for energy-saving thermal break aluminum window and door systems.
