This PVC Wood Plastic Door Board Extrusion Line belongs to WPC Door Production Line series. It is dedicated extrusion equipment for manufacturing WPC hollow and solid wood-plastic door boards. The whole line includes conical twin-screw extruder, door board mould, multi-stage vacuum calibration table,  haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. It adopts PVC powder mixed with wood flour as raw material. The finished WPC door board is waterproof, moisture-proof, termite-proof, no formaldehyde, easy for surface lamination and painting. By changing moulds, different width and thickness door panels can be produced. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used for interior door, cabinet door and partition door production.
