The whole line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, WPC profile mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. It uses PVC/PE+wood flour compound as raw material. Finished WPC composite profile features waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-termite, low maintenance and environmental friendly without formaldehyde. Different cross-section profiles can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used in outdoor landscape, building decoration and housing construction.
