What's the minimum order quantity to customize?
Any quantity is acceptable, however, higher quantity, better prices. We suggest to start with 2pcs per design by digital printing and 5,000pcs per design by gravure printing.
What should I do to get a quotation?
Please let us know your: 1) order quantity, 2) package size, 3) printing design - we will quote immediately.
What if I don't have a printing design?
Our graphics team provides design service if you agreed on our quotation and place the order.
What's the general lead time for one order?
For digital printing orders, we can ship out the goods within 7-15 days. For gravure printing orders within 100,000pcs, we can ship out the goods within 15-25 days, few days extra for higher quantity.
How long will I expect to receive the goods?
It depends on what kind of courier service you choose, generally, the higher the cost, the faster the service.
Can I have sample before the order?
Sure, we can provide free sample (from our past projects) for you to check the quality. Can ship anytime.
