Product Introduction

This custom liquid cold plate adopts pre-press & glue dispensing process. Copper tubes are coated with 2mm epoxy resin (thermal conductivity 2.0 W/(m·K)). Dimension: 893mm×645mm×30mm. Designed for total heat load up to 21060W, with 30LPM water coolant flow and 45°C inlet temperature.

Product Functions

Liquid cooling radiators are mainly used for heat dissipation of high and medium power electronic components, such as servers, frequency converters, inverters, high-frequency power supplies, SVG and APF. Heat dissipation is achieved primarily by direct thermal conduction between the heat source and the cold plate. The coolant flowing inside the cold plate carries away heat via conduction and convection to realize heat dissipation.
Common liquid cold plate radiators available on the market include tube-pressed type, brazed type and friction stir welding type.

The tube-pressed liquid cold plate is mainly composed of a base plate, copper tubes and epoxy resin for filling and fixation.

The brazed water cold plate mainly consists of a base plate, brazing filler metal and a cover plate.
