Measurement Principle
Thin-film Capacitive Ceramic Humidity Sensor | The core of this sensor is a ceramic thin-film medium that is sensitive to water molecules. When water vapor molecules in the environment penetrate and adsorb onto this medium, it causes a change in its dielectric constant, which directly results in a change in the sensor's capacitance value. By precisely measuring this change in capacitance, the instrument can calculate the corresponding humidity or dew point value.
