The RL-M500 Multi-component Gas Analyzer is a high-precision online gas detection and analysis instrument developed by our company, capable of measuring carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, oxygen, hydrogen, and dew point content. The instrument uses imported sensors combined with microcontroller control technology, featuring high measurement accuracy and ease of use; additional four components can be optionally added.
High-Performance Display: Features a high-performance embedded touch-screen and TFTM color display, capable of simultaneously showing measurement values, historical curves, range, status, and various parameter settings.
Intuitive Control: Configuration, calibration, testing, historical records, and curves can be managed via a Chinese touch menu or remote control, with time-based settings available.
Flexible Component Selection: Offers convenient component selection, with the ability to measure up to four components simultaneously, and components can be easily replaced according to customer requirements.
Comprehensive Outputs & Alarms: Includes control contact outputs, self-alarm for exceeding limits (buzzer), and adjustable control modes, with standard 4–20mA current output.
Advanced Data Management: Has 64MB of memory and 128MB of flash memory, along with a USB interface for easy data storage. It also features an RS-485 external port and an Ethernet port for connection to wide area networks.
