Products Description
This automatic packaging equipment is suitable for semi-fluid/high-viscosity products such as fruit juice, jam, sauce, liquid condiments, laundry detergent, hand sanitizer and pharmaceutical ointments. It integrates functions including bulk bag feeding, automatic rotary bag feeding, rotor pump metering and filling, cap arranging and dropping, capping, and finished product output. Adopting servo motor rotor pump technology, it can handle materials with viscosity ≤ 50,000 cP. The filling nozzle is equipped with a suction function, which can automatically retract residual materials to achieve anti-dripping, efficiently meeting the packaging needs of high-viscosity products.

The filling section adopts high-viscosity filling technology, equipped with a servo motor rotor pump, which is suitable for materials with viscosity ≤ 50,000 cP (such as sauces and pastes). The filling nozzle is designed with a back-suction function, which can automatically retract residual materials after filling to achieve an anti-dripping design. For the sealing and capping section, the capping head for plastic lids of spouted bags is driven by a servo motor, with an adjustable torque range of 0.5-3N/m. It can adapt to spouts of different specifications with diameters ranging from Φ10 mm to Φ25 mm, ensuring stable and reliable sealing.

(6) It completes bag feeding, filling, cap dropping, capping, and coding (optional) in one go during production.
(7) Compatibility with different packaging material specifications can be achieved by replacing molds (optional).
(8) The machine program reserves the program control for an air-source feeding system (can be prepared by oneself according to needs or ordered as an optional accessory).
